aNb Media Seeks a Video Production Intern
aNb Media is looking for a video production intern to help produce two weekly shows as well as original content for our website, www.TimetoPlayMag.com. The shows the candidate will produce include Time to Play with Jim & Chris, which airs live on Friday at 1p.m. EST on www.MomTV.com. A separate show (with the same name) airs Tuesdays at 7p.m. on the Resort & Residence channel on Direct TV and Comcast cable. In addition, aNb Media creates a few original videos per week highlighting new and hot products in the industry that are posted to our website, as well as distributed on the web to various sites and manufacturers. The candidate will be involved in the entire production process.
Pre-shoot
- Pre-shoot brainstorming
- Shoot scheduling
- Lighting
- Set preparation
During the shoot
- Sound levels
- Segment timing
- Shooting notes
Post shoot
- Gather all third-party media
- Some editing of video
- Make sure video is shipped/arrives at appropriate destination (when necessary)
- Convert and upload video to our website (when necessary)
Candidate's Qualifications
- Previous work in video production
- Knowledge of Final Cut editing software
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Candidate must be able to work 9-5 every Friday; additional timing will be discussed

Job Description:
- Reports directly to VP of Licensing and Corporate Communications
- Provide internal and external coordination on licensing and marketing initiatives
- Oversee submission of artwork to several licensors and product samples to media
- Develop strong working relationships with internal departments (creative, product development, sales) and external partners (licensors, PR, marketing, outbound licensing)
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years experience in licensing or other related field
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a plus
- Strategic and creative thinking

This position encompasses the following responsibilities:
- Quoting major retailers using their format
- Sending orders to either our Hong Kong office to be written or to our domestic warehouse to be processed
- Coordinating letters of credit with our credit department
- Working with our HK or domestic office to ensure orders are shipped out on time
- Providing shipping documents to our credit department to ensure payment
- Issuing UPC numbers and item numbers
- Keeping track of all weights and dimensions of the product line
- Coordinating samples for the sales reps as well as having art department supply photos for ads
- Having fun and enjoying being a part of the No. 1 brand in magic toys
