Empire, Hood by Air in Apparel Deal

Fox’s hip-hop drama Empire and fashion label Hood by Airhave teamed up to launch Empire-branded merchandise for this holiday season. Inspired by the series’ most iconic characters and buzz-worthy moments, the HBA.EMPIRE collection offers wide-ranging product from champagne glasses and keychains to newsprint sweatshirts, dresses, shorts, and tops featuring popular images and quotes from the show. The HBA.EMPIRE collection retails for $15–$300.

Dr. Seuss at Petco

Petco, in partnership with Dr. Seuss Enterprises, L.P., announced the debut of the Dr. Seuss Pet Fans Collection, a new line of pet accessories and toys based on the Dr. Seuss characters, including The Grinch, The Cat in the Hat, and Thing 1 and Thing 2. The new collection features an assortment of fantastical dog and cat products, which are now available.

For pet parents who want to give their dogs a complete Dr. Seuss makeover, Petco’s grooming salons will be offering a Dr. Seuss spa package beginning November 27. The spa package features custom shampoo and conditioner, a scented spritz, fashion pawlish, and a special Dr. Seuss accessory. Pet parents are encouraged to share their Seuss-inspired pet makeovers online using #DrSeussPets.

Star Trek Sheepskin Boots

KF&S Pty Ltd (owner of the UGG brand since 1974 and now Burlee Australia) has signed a deal with CBS Consumer Products to design and manufacture a limited-edition line of Star Trek sheepskin boots to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Star Trek in 2016.

PercyVites Adds Sonic

PercyVites has signed a deal with Sega of America, Inc., allowing PercyVites to develop a digital party product line around the TV series Sonic Boom. PercyVites combines various clips of the animated series and integrates celebration details and photos to create personalized digital party invites and thank yous.

Yu-Gi-Oh Figure Deal

4K Media announced a licensing agreement with Good Smile Company. Good Smile Company will import Yu-Gi-Oh! figurines into North America, Europe, and Australia. The first figures to be introduced are Yami Yugi figma and Dark Magician Girl. This deal marks the first time these Yu-Gi-Oh! figurines will be released worldwide simultaneously.
