Goliath Acquires Endless Games

Goliath-Endless Games

Game publisher Goliath announced its acquisition of New Jersey-based Endless Games. This marks Goliath’s fourth acquisition in North America and 11th acquisition overall in the last seven years.

A privately owned toy and game company, Goliath has previously acquired other U.S. manufacturers Pressman Toy, Jax, and Tucker Toys; international acquisitions include U.K.-based Vivid Toy Group, Italy’s Macdue, Modelco in France, Elephanta in New Zealand, and two Australian companies — Britz ‘n Pieces/Wahu and Crown & Andrews.

Goliath is headed by CEO Jochanan Golad. David Norman serves as president of the North American office. The company operates offices throughout the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Germany, and Poland.

Endless Games’ national sales manager, Brian Turtle, will join Goliath’s management team. Endless Games will continue to operate out of its New Jersey office as it prepares to fully integrate into Goliath’s distribution network by Q1 2022.

“I’m thrilled to have Goliath carry on the great legacy that Mike Gasser, Brian Turtle and the rest of our team have built over the last 25 years,” said Kevin McNulty, who founded Endless Games in 1996 along with Gasser and Turtle. “It feels great to sell our business to a company that excels at marketing to maximize the potential of our products.”

Endless Games is known for its range of board games, party games, card games, and more. The company recently expanded its line-up of puzzles, a top-selling category throughout the pandemic.
