Dr. Laurie Santos and the Happiness Lab Teams Up With Sesame Workshop for Special Emotional Wellbeing Mini-Series

Dr. Laurie Santos is teaming up with Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit educational organization behind Sesame Street, for a special three-episode series on The Happiness Lab podcast that will focus on concrete strategies parents can use to help themselves and their children feel happier. With help from some of the beloved characters and songs from Sesame Street, Dr. Santos explores why it’s never too early, or too late, to improve your emotional well-being. The series will feature the familiar voices of Abby Cadabby, Big Bird, and Grover, all while tackling themes related to improving the emotional well-being of parents and children. Some of the themes spotlighted in the three episodes include strategies for how to properly regulate emotions and ways we can sweep away overtly negative self-criticism.

Fred Rogers Productions Secures PNC Foundation Support for Alma’s Way

Fred Rogers Productions has been awarded a PNC Foundation grant to support Alma’s Way, its newest PBS KIDS series, through PNC Grow Up Great, the multi-year, bilingual early childhood education initiative that helps children from birth through age 5 develop a passion for learning that lasts a lifetime. The $1.3 million grant from PNC Foundation to Fred Rogers Productions supports the development of Alma’s Way engagement activities as well as ongoing support for “Be My Neighbor Days,” the signature community outreach initiative for Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood.

WildBrain Partners with Tencent Video and Miaow’s House as Exclusive Distributor of New Animated Series Pet Hotel

WildBrain, a global leader in kids’ and family entertainment, has partnered with Tencent Video and animation studio Miaow’s House as the exclusive worldwide distributor outside of mainland China of the new animated series, Pet Hotel (26×11’). Arushi Garg Crowned First-Ever Winner of ‘Hot Wheels: Ultimate Challenge’

Arushi Garg, 38-year-old social media creator and mom from Houston, was named the champion of Hot Wheels: Ultimate Challenge Season 1! Garg takes home an extra $50,000 and her design is now a die-cast toy exclusively available for purchase on Mattel Creations, Mattel’s collector and direct-to-consumer platform.
