Toyfest West Sets 2014 Dates

JTMG to Represent Bates Motel Series for Licensing
Joy Tashjian Marketing Group (JTMG) announced that is representing the licensing program for A&E’s newest prime time series Bates Motel.
Inspired by the novel Psycho by Robert Bloch and Alfred Hitchcock’s film of the same name, Bates Motel premiered on A&E March 18 at 10pm to an audience of three million viewers. Produced by Universal Television and set prior to the events portrayed in the classic Hitchcock film, the series depicts the life of Norman Bates and his mother Norma who purchases a motel located in the coastal town of White Pine Bay after her husband dies so she and Norman can start a new life.
JTMG will create an expansive licensing program covering all major consumer product categories, including gaming, interactive, apparel, publishing, paper products, novelty items, and shower curtain/bath.
Bates Motel stars Vera Farmiga (Oscar-nominated for Up In The Air) as Norma Louise Bates and Freddie Highmore (Finding Neverland) as Norman Bates.
