TRU Appoints Interim CEO

Toys “R” Us appointed Antonio Urcelay, the current head of its European operations, as interim CEO. Urcelay replaces Gerald Storch, who continues to serve as chairman of the board. The company says it is searching for a permanent CEO.

Urcelay will continue to serve in his current role as the president of Toys “R” Us, Europe, a job he has held for three years.
