Dragon-i Toys Acquires Artin International
Dragon-i Toys Ltd. announced that it has acquired Artin International Ltd. for an undisclosed sum. Based out of Hong Kong, Artin was established in 1965 and has grown under the leadership of CEO Danny Ngai to become a leader within the slot car industry. The addition of Artin expands Dragon-i’s product line and lays a foundation for further growth in the global toy landscape. The Artin brand and its products are now a new category within Dragon-i’s toy portfolio.
Dragon-i Toys will be showing Artin products at the Fall Toy Preview in Dallas in October and in Hong Kong.
