Resoftables Plush Make Their Debut in Australia

Headstart International’s new eco-friendly, sustainable plush line Resoftables has made their grand debut at Australian retail and into many little hands across the country. These high-quality, ultra-soft plush animals are produced from 100% recycled plastic bottles, offering consumers an eco-friendly alternative to an everyday toy.

Developed with the goal of creating affordable and sustainable products for the younger generation, Resoftables aims to provide parents with the reassurance they are buying the very best for their little ones. Each 14” Resoftables plush reuses approximately eleven plastic bottles and is super soft without the guilt.

Every year, the world produces over 275 million tonnes of plastic waste – that’s the same weight as 55 million elephants. With the creation of the softest recycled plush, Headstart will be helping to eliminate household waste that impacts the environmental health of the planet.

“We know parents are actively searching for eco-friendly products for their children that don’t sacrifice quality, engagement, or the comfort a toy can provide to a child,” said Andrew Hendy, CEO of Headstart International. “During these uncertain times, children need a little more cuddly comfort, and the response we have received from parents worldwide has been tremendous. We can’t wait for Resoftables to get in more little hands!”

The 14” Resoftables plush are available now at Kmart, Big W, Toyworld, Target, Catch and Toy Universe in adorable animals including Kiki the Koala, Ted the Teddy, Bobo the Bunny, Sparkles the Unicorn, and Snowie the Polar Bear.

Launching later this year, Headstart will introduce new Resoftables characters in additional sizes that will include a 10” plush and mini plush keychain.
