Delta Children, manufacturer of baby and children furniture and products, announced that it has reached six million brand donations in 2021, leading into Q4.
As part of its new and recent charitable initiatives, the company launched multiple efforts to support military families in the U.S. Later this year, Delta Children will donate products to military families stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina; as well as contributing donations for a drive-through baby shower with Jackson in Action on November 6.
This past month, on August 18, the company teamed up with Homefront Pumps for their virtual Boots & Babies celebration honoring service members and their families. Along with a number of other parenting brands, Delta Children contributed $300 in gifts for each attendee, and will participate in three more similar events throughout the year.
The company also co-hosted two baby showers in New Jersey and New York, respectively, in collaboration with Operation Home Front, in June. The first on June 11 serviced 50 new and expecting military families from Joint Base MxGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey; the second serviced 50 families from the nearby Ft. Drum in Black River, New York. At both events, each family received a Delta Children crib and mattress along with additional donated baby gifts and educational information on parenting.
Meanwhile, the manufacturer also participated in a giveaway with Mitzvah Circle, taking place at the beginning of August, to provide its baby gear to families in crisis. As part of this , Delta Children donated 300 playards to families experiencing homelessness, poverty, or struggling with serious illness in the Norristown, Pennsylvania area.
