Wondery Adventures of Cairo

For parents looking for kid-friendly podcasts to fill the void of screen-free entertainment with multicultural role models and life lessons, meet Cairo! Wondery, the largest independent podcast publisher in the world, announced the release of their newest kid-friendly podcast Adventures of Cairo. Developed in partnership with ABF Creative (known for their award-winning, multicultural audio content), the 12-episode series follows the story of a curious 7-year-old living in a diverse, big city with his family.

Adventures of Cairo introduces listeners to Enrique, Theo, and Mandy who help Cairo learn important, relatable life lessons. When he loses his way, he can always depend on his big brother Omari, his parents, and his community.

When parents are looking for ways to keep their kids busy on a long trip or are just on the hunt for screen-free entertainment the whole family can enjoy at home, Adventures of Cairo may just become their next favorite podcast. The series centers around themes of financial literacy, emotional intelligence and safety; to bullying, tolerance, and how to deal with grief.

The first two episodes will be available on February 1st, with a new episode released weekly on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, the Wondery App or wherever you listen to podcasts. Families can also listen to Adventures of Cairo episodes one week early by subscribing to Wondery+ in the Wondery App.
