Match Madness Duo FoxMind

It’s finally here, Match Madness Duo, the highly anticipated follow-up to the best-seller Match Madness from the award-winning toy and games manufacturer and distributor, FoxMind. Unveiled last week at Gen Con, the largest annual event dedicated to tabletop gaming and culture in North America, the new game did not disappoint, and offers the perfect blend of engaging puzzles and speed driven dexterity challenges that are sure to bring fun and excitement to your next family game night.

The launch of Match Madness Duo, now available on, coincides with the availability of its predecessor, Match Madness at Target Stores and on

David Capon, CEO of FoxMind says, “It’s in the FoxMind DNA for our games to help its players develop critical life skills all the while having fun. The game concept for Match Madness Duo is exactly that, it appeals to younger kids as well as older players, while developing pattern recognition skills, increased frustration tolerance, and sharpening problem-solving abilities. Match Madness Duo delivers in every way and has all of the essential elements of an award-winning game.”

The new game, available on, brings together an array of captivating speed driven dexterity challenges and puzzles. With three different difficulty levels and over 60 challenges, the game develops pattern recognition skills as players recreate a pattern on a card with their set of five blocks. The blocks featured in this game feature a more abstract design than in the original Match Madness, therefore increasing the level of difficulty. At its core, Match Madness Duo is a two player matching game but its fast pace brings a whole new element of excitement and competitiveness.

Capon adds, “The success of the original Match Madness has led to the expansion of the brand and launch of Match Madness Duo. We consider it a quintessential FoxMind game as it can be explained in seconds, is smart, challenging but most of all it is great fun.”

The original Match Madness is now available at Target stores and, and similar to Match Madness Duo, the game is perfect for younger kids while also still fun and competitive for older players. With Match Madness, players sprint to arrange a set of five blocks so that they match a pattern shown on a card. The first player to succeed grabs the card and a new matching race starts. Tensions rise as you scramble to outpace and outsmart your opponents in this ingenious game of perception.
