WiT Tabletop Gaming Community

Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment (WiT) is excited to announce the launch of the Tabletop Gaming Learning Community (TLC), a new initiative building on the success of the  Sustainability Learning Community (SLC) in 2022.

The TLC aims to create an inclusive and supportive space for women working in, or aspiring to enter the tabletop gaming industry, facilitating collaboration, learning and growth. Led by seasoned tabletop industry professionals, the community will harness diverse talents and insights of its members to explore trends, tackle challenges, celebrate successes, and champion impactful change within the industry. Its mission is powerfully focused on inspiring and supporting new generations of women to join the tabletop gaming community and cultivate future industry leaders.

Monthly TLC meetups will take place virtually over Zoom on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 2pm EST, with the first meetup scheduled for Thursday, March 21st. Click here to register.

WiT members can contribute to the community’s direction by suggesting topics for discussion through a dedicated form. This collaborative approach ensures that the TLC remains relevant, member-focused, and responsive to the evolving needs of the community.

“We’re excited to kick off the Tabletop Gaming Learning Community and boost our support to women navigating this booming segment of our industry,” said Ehi Oviasu-Kahn, Chairwomen of the Board at WiT. “It’s all about connecting passionate individuals, sparking insightful conversations, driving innovation, and celebrating each other’s success.”

The TLC is open to all WiT members, reflecting the organization’s commitment to inclusivity and its belief in the power of community to effect positive change. Click here for more information on how to join the TLC and to register for monthly meetups.
