Oznoz, Kurio in Deal

Oznoz announced a partnership with children’s tablet maker Kurio. Through this partnership, Kurio will make available the Oznoz app, preloaded on Kurio tablets. Starting this year, Kurio tablet users can access Oznoz content in more than 10 languages, including Chinese, Spanish, German, Arabic, Persian, and Japanese. The Oznoz library includes shows and movies from producers such as Nelvana, Iconix, and Sesame Workshop. For $9.99 per month customers get access to titles including Sesame Street, Elmo’s World, Babar, Pororo the Little Penguin, Jane and the Dragon, 1001 Nights, and many more.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Announces SVOD/VOD Partners

4K Media, Inc., and its distribution partner Cinedigm have announced additional SVOD/VOD partners for Yu-Gi-Oh! In Germany, RTL network’s online portal ClipFish; Maxdome, the SVOD platform owned by Prosieben Sat 1 Media; and My Video an online video destination, which is also owned by Prosieben Sat 1 Media have all been signed as partners. TIM in Italy will offer subscribers all 49 episodes of Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V Season 1. In addition Crunchyroll has expanded its worldwide (outside of Asia) distribution arrangement with 4K Media with the addition of the original, uncut Japanese-language versions of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters and Yu-Gi-Oh! GX series with English subtitles. Tubi TV has licensed 154 original and uncut episodes of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds with English subtitles as well as 123 English-language episodes of the series.

This latest round of digital distribution agreements expands 4K Media’s existing streaming partnerships for the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, including Hulu (U.S.), Netflix (multi-territory), ClaroVideo (Latin America), and TV4 (Sweden), among others.
