MasterPieces Adds Three Licensed Puzzle Lines

Puzzle-maker MasterPieces has expanded its portfolio of licenses, announcing new agreements with the U.S. Department of Agriculture for the Smokey Bear property; the U.S. Department of Defense for the U.S. Navy License; and outdoor lifestyle brand Mossy Oak.

Several new puzzles will launch this summer, beginning this month with the MasterPieces U.S. Navy 1,000-piece puzzle and two 1,000-piece Mossy Oak branded puzzles.

The initial U.S. Navy puzzle is an ocean scene puzzle flooded with Navy emblems and seals, while the Mossy Oak line begins with two different puzzles featuring overlays of wildlife and patriotic graphics.

Starting in July, the Smokey Bear puzzles will drop. MasterPieces is kicking off the collection with 550-piece, 100-piece and a four-pack 100-piece puzzle featuring the famous character known for advocating wildfire prevention. MasterPieces has also pledged a portion of the proceeds from its licensed SmokeyBear products to fund wildfire prevention and wildlife protection.

These properties join a list of licenses held by MasterPieces that now includes Sesame Street, The Elf on the Shelf, The Farmer’s Almanac, Hershey’s, Lionel, Coca-Cola, the U.S. Army, Betty Boop, Clifford, John Wayne, Batman, Polar ExpressThe Wizard of Oz, Audobon, Caterpillar, Realtree, Saturday Evening Post, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA.
