Colbourn Joins Target

Target Corporation announced that Keith Colbourn will join the company as senior vice-president of loyalty and lifecycle marketing, effective January 1. In this role, Colbourn will lead the development of data-driven marketing strategies that drive traffic and sales, deepen brand engagement and build guest loyalty, including Target’s current portfolio of loyalty programs such as its savings app, Cartwheel.

Colbourn joins Target from Quotient Technology (formerly Coupons.com), where he served as senior vice-president of retailer digital solutions. In this role, he led Quotient Technology’s Retailer iQ platform business and worked with leading U.S. mass, grocery, drug, and dollar store retailers. Prior to his work at Quotient Technology, Colbourn served at Safeway and dunnhumby. In addition, Colbourn held leadership roles at FreshDirect and The Loyalty Group (now LoyaltyOne).
