Toys “R” Us is rumored to be laying off 200 people at its Wayne headquarters, according to NorthJersey.com.
Humongous Entertainment Brands Are Back
Tommo, Inc., a global game and entertainment company, has completed the acquisition of the Humongous Entertainment Brand and the majority of its assets, which was initially announced last summer during the Atari assets bankruptcy auction.
Humongous Entertainment was originally formed in 1992 and has sold more than 15 million games. The company’s iconic characters included Pajama Sam, Putt-Putt, and Spy Fox.
Uncle Milton Sold to KCB Management
Transom Capital Group announced the sale of Uncle Milton Industries, Inc., to KCB Management. The sale of Uncle Milton represents Transom Capital’s second successful exit within the last 12 months, according to the company.
“Uncle Milton has been a tremendous success story for Transom Capital and we’re happy to see it in the hands of its new owner, KCB Management, who will shepherd it through its next stage of growth with the current management team,” said Ken Firtel, managing director of Transom Capital.
