TTPM has made the decision to cancel the live portion of our 2020 Spring Showcase in keeping with current best practices surrounding mitigating the spread of COVID-19. Though we are disappointed, we feel it is far more important to follow guidance from trusted authorities and support the greater good in slowing the spread of the virus.
We feel that one important element of the weeks ahead will be an effort to keep kids’ lives as normal as possible. New toys are available and there are many innovative and hot items at retail. Consumers will continue to shop, although we expect to see an even greater increase in online sales.
With this in mind, it is our intention to unveil TTPM’s Spring 2020 Most Wanted List on April 23. We plan to honor the best new innovations and introduce new award categories via video featuring our staff and some of today’s hottest influencers.
Our Holiday Showcase on September 9, 2020 will proceed as planned, and we’ve already booked April 22 for our 2021 Spring Showcase, so once again media can bring their kids to NY’s most exciting “Take your Child to Work Day.”
