With Mental Health Awareness Month right around the corner, the Finnish mental health brand, CupOfTherapy, has appointed family-owned manufacturer Jerry Leigh as their official apparel partner in the US. The deal was a joint collaboration between CupofTherapy’s North American agent, FanGirl Consulting and Brand Management and Mix Licensing Group.
CupOfTherapy is a Finnish concept focused on the themes of wellbeing and mental health through illustrations of animal figures that represent those from all walks of life. With the mantra “mental health made visible”, CupOfTherapy strives to show that we can work through our blocks and foster our own mental betterment. The brand’s encouraging messaging and unique artwork is created by psychotherapy professional Antti Ervasti together with awarded and internationally recognized illustrator Matti Pikkujämsä.
Set to release in Target stores this April, Jerry Leigh developed an apparel line consisting of unique designs aimed at juniors and ladies, featuring CupOfTherapy messages of positivity driven through their distinctive animal illustrations.
In addition to the apparel program, CupOfTherapy’s Self-Care Every Day: Daily Doses of Kindness and Self-Compassion book in English debuted with pre-orders taken on Target.com, Walmart.com and other locations.
