Elenco Announces New CEO and National Sales Manager, Anthony Trani

Elenco, the creator of the award-winning Snap Circuits line of educational circuit-building toys is pleased to announce that Anthony Trani has joined the Elenco team as Chief Executive Officer. An experienced business leader with over 15 years of experience in global consumer products, Anthony comes to Elenco from Bazooka Candy Brands, where he led Global Marketing and Innovation, U.S. e-commerce, and Latin America. Anthony’s appointment supports the Company’s strategic direction as it looks to strengthen and expand its business within the education and toy markets around the world.

As part of its expansion, Elenco also welcomes Nancy Burdge who joined the Sales Team as National Account Manager. Nancy has an extensive consumer packaged goods background, including toys such as Elf on the Shelf.

 

Founded in the basement of electrical engineer Gil Cecchin’s home in Niles, Illinois, Elenco celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2022. The company began producing educational kits for academic institutions, eventually moving into the toy space with the introduction of its powerful Snap Circuits brand in 2002.
