In the new season, Carolyn Taylor, known for Baroness Von Sketch Show, will guest star in five episodes. Additionally, up-and-coming performer Danté Prince, will co-star as a new character, Dash.

“We set out to create a tween series that offers a true co-viewing experience for families with jokes for both parents and kids. We’re proud to have accomplished that and more in this show,” said LoCo Motion Pictures executive producer and president Lauren Corber. “We’re looking forward to bringing the team back together as well as welcoming our newcomers Carolyn and Danté to this exciting new season featuring more pranks, original songs, and fun clues to uncover.”

In the third season, the Detention Adventure team returns to uncover the secret hidden in Lawren Harris’ painting given to them by Principal Lounsberry. Their investigation is interrupted when they are sent to spend one of their final weeks of school at Island School. With the help of a new art student, Dash, the team explores what the painting could mean while bonding with their fellow Island School students.

“The third season of Detention Adventure will give kids and families around the world the chance to follow this smart and captivating cast of characters as they embark on a new and exciting mystery,” said Blue Ant EVP Solange Attwood. “This award-winning series combines humor and friendship with learning and adventure in a fun and thrilling storyline that is universally appealing to buyers.”
