Deals for Muhammad Ali

Muhammad Ali Enterprises announced the following licensing deals.

Forty Four Steps has been signed for apparel, paper goods, and accessories with Ali Heroes image from Brad Meltzer’s book Heroes for My Daughter. This deal encompasses U.S. store locations as well as globally via online retailers.

Contrast (through its agent IMG) has been signed for apparel in Scandinavia.

Rudolf Kampf has been signed to create 500 limited-edition commemorative porcelain tea sets for the Middle East, Europe, and Russia.

Victory Fine Art has been signed to create limited-edition fine art for the U.S.

Tollytots Signs Deal with Roma Downey’s Little Angels

Tollytots, a division of Jakks Pacific, has signed a worldwide master toy licensing agreement to manufacture, market, and distribute a line of preschool and early learning toys for infants and toddlers based on the Little Angels. Created by executive producer Roma Downey (Touched by an Angel) and writer Phil Lollar (Adventures in Odyssey), Little Angels is the critically acclaimed, faith-based educational DVD series from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.

The toy line will cover a broad range of categories including dolls and accessories, plush, preschool, roleplay, electronic learning toys, games and puzzles, educational and musical toys, building and construction toys, kids’ furniture, ride-ons and more. The line is expected to launch in fall 2013.

Discovery Signs Pet Deals

Discovery Communications announced two new North American-based deals with Fantasia Accessories and Premium Pet Health for Animal Planet pet products, as well as an expansion with current licensee California Costumes to launch a line of Halloween pet costumes this year.

Premium Pet Health will introduce a line of grain-free treats that are all-natural, real meat, made in America, and are USDA and FDA approved.

Fantasia Accessories will develop wet grooming products including dog shampoo and conditioner and dog deodorizing body mist. The products will be non-toxic, alcohol free, tear free, and PH balanced for pets’ sensitive skin.

Product lines from all three licensees will be available across a variety of retail outlets as well as online. The deals were brokered on behalf of Animal Planet by its licensing agent, The Joester Loria Group (JLG).
