MGAE Signs Brand Licensing Deals for Mobile Games

MGA Entertainment (MGAE) and Riva Technology and Entertainment (RTE) have signed multiple brand licensing deals to develop and publish mobile games based on MGAE properties L.O.L. Surprise! and Rainbow High.

MGAE debuted Rainbow High in July 2020, while L.O.L. Surprise! has been a top toy property of the year several years in a row.

RTE has built gaming companies for over 20 years, in addition to securing and developing licensing deals and IPs in Hollywood, Bollywood, sports, and gaming.
