JAKKS Pacific, Inc. and its costume division, Disguise Inc., have been named the North American seasonal toy and official costume partner for CoComelon, a Moonbug Entertainment property, commencing this year.
Disguise will design and manufacture costumes based on the children’s show, which currently streams on Netflix, Roku, and Hulu. JAKKS will also design, manufacture, market, and sell CoComelon seasonal toy product lines. These lines will be available in the U.S. and Canada at retailers in-store and online in 2022.
CoComelon — the most-viewed YouTube channel in the U.S. and second most-viewed in the world — is a 3D-animated preschool series featuring classic nursery rhymes as well as original tunes with sing-along captions. The program explores family themes and everyday activities for kids, like brushing teeth and getting ready for bed.
The YouTube channel currently boasts over 100 million subscribers and over 100 billion views.
