ZURU is gearing up for a range of dino-themed toy launches across its brands.
In August, the company will unveil the fourth series of its Smashers, featuring light-up dinosaurs, lava-inspired compound play, and an unboxing experience with the Smashers eggs.
“With Smashers, we’ve taken battle and classic dinosaur play, combined it with exploration and discovery, to create epic play,” said ZURU global marketing director Henry Gordon. “Smashers is one of our fastest-growing brands, and retailers continually increase orders each series as they see products fly off shelves.”
New Smashers Lava Light Up Dino Mega Surprise and Smashers Lava Light Up Mini Surprise items begin rolling out next month.
ZURU’s Robo Alive Brand also releases new dinosaur offerings this month. Robo Alive Dino Wars uses the company’s robo-technology to create a walking, chomping, roaring dinosaur that lights up. Available as a Raptor, T-Rex, or Stegosaurus, each figure comes with snap-on defensive armor plates, while the latter two are also equipped with a new blaster for battle.
Meanwhile, Vlad and Niki Superhero Surprise line has expanded into dinosaur territory with the Vlad and Niki Dino Attack, currently available at Target; other dino-themed lines from the company include the X-Shot Dino Attack blasters and 5 Surprise Mini Brands Dino Strike Waves 1, 2, and 3.
