Wow! Stuff’s all-new Harry Potter Invisibility Cloak, created in partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, will officially be available for presale on July 1.
Wizarding World fans can pull a true Harry Potter move with this cloak, which through the magic of technology makes its wearers or anything underneath it disappears using only a smart device.
The magical illusion costume comes with a unique authentication code that allows users to unlock the Invisibility Cloak section within the free-to-download Wow! Stuff app for iOS and Android devices. While wearing the Invisibility Cloak illusion costume, users can view, photograph or film themselves re-enacting iconic scenes from the Harry Potter films and then save to their camera roll. The Invisibility Cloak features authentic patterning as seen in the films and a green silk style interior.
The Invisibility Cloak will be available in the U.S., Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. The Invisibility Cloak has also been awarded Innovative Toy of the Year at Sweden’s Toy Awards, the first recognition of Wow! Stuff’s newest innovation.
The product will be available in the U.S. on Amazon. It’s available in a Standard Version (MSRP $69.99) featuring detailed patterning and a foldaway stand to steady a user’s smart device (not included). The Deluxe Version (MSRP $79.99) features authentic patterning with serpent intertwined borders and includes a deluxe table-top tripod to hold a smart device (not included). Both are made for ages 8 and up.
