HABA USA named Tiffany Caires as the HABA USA Games Channel Manager, in charge of North American distribution relations and sales within the hobby market. The company has also hired Phil Wrzesnski as its new national sales manager, effective immediately.

Caires ’s experience in the gaming market from all aspects of working as a publisher representative to a marketing and content creator will benefit in the growth of the HABA USA games channels.

HABA USA, the North American subsidiary of the Habermaass Gmbh in Germany, is a publisher of award-winning children’s and family games. Under the direction of Lea Culliton, president, the game selection and reach of HABA games has grown tremendously in recent years.

Prior to joining HABA USA, Caires held positions as director for marketing at Deep Water Games and board game content creator for The OneTAR.

Previously, Wrzesnski spent 24 years running Toy House, a 30,000 square-foot independent, family-owned, toy, baby and hobby product retailer. The store was named “one of the 25 best independent stores in America” in the book Retail Superstars by George Whalin (Penguin 2009). Toy House closed in 2016 and Wrzesnski shifted his focus to help other retailers grow and prosper through a series of books, magazine articles, workshops, coaching, and his blog, www.PhilsForum.com.

HABA USA will be in attendance at GAMA in Reno, Booth #135. For those interested in scheduling a meeting with the new game channel manager, Caires can be reached at Tiffany@HABAUSA.com.
