WildBrain Lands Multiple Kids’ Series on the Roku Channel
WildBrain, a global leader in kids’ and family entertainment, has inked a new distribution agreement with Roku, which will see the popular kids’ shows Tata & Kuma and Princess Mirror-Belle launch on The Roku Channel in the US this year. The shows join additional WildBrain shows already available on the free ad-supported streaming service, including Summer Memories, Dorg Van Dango and Spongo, Fuzz and Jalapeña.

Heathside Trading Limited have concluded a license agreement with Alcon Television Group to become the authorized licensee for The Expanse Die Cast vehicles, Prop Replicas and figures. The products will launch in Spring 2024 through selected retail partners as well as direct to consumer through MasterReplicas.com The license was facilitated by Mandy Bardisbanian from Striker Entertainment – the licensing agency for The Expanse – and Kirsty Guthrie, KJG Ltd – the licensing consultant for Heathside. Darren Epstein from Heathside commented ‘’So thrilled to be adding The Expanse to our increasing portfolio of properties, the huge global fanbase for this license will mean we will be able to bring some really nice content to fans worldwide.”

Bluey’s Big Play The Stage Show Tour Extended Through July 2024

The beloved Blue Heeler family is set to meet even more fans across North America with new performance dates added to the 2024 schedule for the hit live show, Bluey’s Big Play the Stage Show! The theatrical production, based on the Emmy-winning animated series, is extending the tour schedule by 12 months to meet the demand of Bluey fans for more opportunities to experience the fun of a live show. Bluey’s Big Play The Stage Show launched in New York City in November 2022 and is now extended through July 2024, stopping in another 120 cities from coast-to-coast. The extension includes returns to numerous cities including Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, Denver and more. Even more cities and dates will be added in the coming months.

Licensing International Announces Six New Board Members
Licensing International has announced that six executives—Paul Cannon, Caprice Australia; Carolyn D’Angelo, Gordon Brothers; Pamela Deese, ArentFox Schiff; Raj Malik, Bioworld Merchandising; Marie-Laure Marchand, Chefclub; and George Wade, Bay Laurel Advisors—were elected by the Licensing International membership to serve three-year terms on its Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2023. As these six new board members joining the Licensing International Board, Steve Scebelo, President of NFL Players Inc., will continue to serve as chairperson; Veronica Hart, EVP of Global Franchise Planning for Paramount Consumer Products & Experiences, will continue to serve as vice chairperson; and Marc Schneider, Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer at Beanstalk, will continue to serve as treasurer.
