L.O.L. Suprise! characters will hit the stage in a hologram concert tour coming to 44 U.S. cities this fall.
L.O.L. Surprise! Live — Calling All B.B.’s, starring Lady Diva, Royal Bee, Neonlicious, and Swag, kicks off September 30 at the Bank of America Performing Arts Center in Thousand Oaks, California. The tour will stop at venues in major cities across the country — including the Rosemont Theatre in Chicago, Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Fox Theatre in Detroit — before its final stop at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
“We love all of our L.O.L. Surprise! fans and this experience will surprise and amaze fans from ages 3 to 99,” said MGA Entertainment CEO Isaac Larian. “A must see, can’t miss moment. A Superbowl meets the Grammys event for kids and families of all ages.”
With the help of hologram technology, the characters will come to life to sing, dance, and interact with their live audiences. The show will feature original music, dancers, and a DJ.
Fans will get to experience performances of favorite songs, from “Calling all B.B.’s” and “Remix,” to tracks off of the upcoming album like the first release “I’m a Queen.”
“We are excited to be the first family touring show to use this groundbreaking live hologram technology,” said Terrapin Station founder and L.O.L. Surprise! Live tour producer Jonathan Shank. “Fans attending the show are going to dance, sing, and experience a show in a way they never have before.”
