Asmodee Canada, the Canadian business unit of Asmodee Group – a world leader in board game publishing and distribution – announced that they have entered an expanded non-exclusive agreement for Exploding Kittens, Inc’s library of titles to hobby and toy and gift retailers across Canada.
Asmodee Canada has been distributing Exploding Kittens, Inc. titles for the French market in Canada for nearly five years; under the terms of the new agreement, Asmodee Canda will grow its distribution offerings to include both French and English language games to retailers across the country. Additionally, Asmodee Canada will have a wide range of Exploding Kittens, Inc. games available for distribution, including award-winning and internationally best-selling titles such as A Game of Cat and Mouth, Throw Throw Burrito and Throw Throw Avocado, and Happy Salmon in addition to the original Exploding Kittens game and its multiple expansions and variations.
Exploding Kittens dominated the tabletop gaming world when Matt Inman, the celebrated author of The Oatmeal, and Elan Lee, former Chief Design Officer at Xbox, introduced players to the Exploding Kittens card game in 2015.
