Stan  Lee’s POW! Entertainment will exhibit for the first time at the Licensing Expo at the Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.

Stan Lee’s POW! Entertainment will be at stand A142 throughout the expo and will host a preview Monday June 3rd from 5:49-5:56 p.m.

Over the course of the event, five members of the executive team, including Gill Champion, Bob Sabouni, Rachel Long, Grace Yeh and Kim Luperi, will present a number of partnerships and projects, introduce current licensing opportunities, and reveal never-before-seen intellectual properties for the attendees to explore.

Multiple brand-new Stan Lee style guides, all of which can convert into 3-D models, will be unveiled. The team will also showcase the different ways exhibitors can partner with the company, not just based on characters created or co-created by Stan Lee himself, but with Stan’s worldwide recognized iconic image attached.

This year, the multi-media company founded by Stan Lee and Gill Champion announced three high-profile partnerships with popular toy brands including Mego Corporation, with action figures based on characters created by Stan as well as a line of Stan figures; Funko, with a one-of-a-kind Patina version of Stan; and Hot Toys Limited, based on a new collectible line all developed for Stan Lee intellectual property.

In the last few years, Stan’s image and work behind-the-scenes have left a mark in many long-standing projects such as his first-ever Indian superhero, Chakra The Invincible; India’s first female superhero, Mighty Girl; his first high-profile international conference with Stan Lee’s Comic Universe held in Shanghai last year; the long-running digital comic Stan Lee’s Backchannel; and the online serialized novel series Stan Lee’s Work Force, consisting of three novels and a total of 30 chapters showcasing Lee managing an office of superhero staff members, among many more projects.

The news follows the company’s recently announced new animated preschool series with Genius Brands, Stan Lee’s Superhero Kindergarten, with Arnold Schwarzenegger attached to star. Previously, Stan Lee’s POW! Entertainment and Genius Brands International worked together in 2016 for the online adult animated series Stan Lee’s Cosmic Crusaders.

POW! Entertainment also announced the release of the unlimited XXL edition of The Stan Lee Story in partnership with TASCHEN, set for this July. Late last year, the limited run Collector’s Edition of the book, each copy signed by Lee, sold out within a week.

Furthermore, the company has recently entered into a partnership with Origin Story Entertainment and Luke Lieberman to team up with Amazon’s Audible to launch the forthcoming Stan Lee’s Alliances: A Trick of Light. This story will be the first installment of a newly connected universe of stories and characters, debuting on Audible in a first-of-its-kind audio storytelling event, written by Stan Lee and Kat Rosenfield, and created by Stan Lee, Luke Lieberman and Ryan Silbert. Actress Yara Shahidi (Grown-ish and The Sun Is Also A Star) will star in Stan Lee’s Alliances: A Trick of Light.

Gill Champion, Stan’s partner and confidant for more than 18 years and president of Stan Lee’s POW! Entertainment, said, “We’re very excited to be heading to the Licensing Expo this year; we attended last year but this is the first time we will be exhibiting and showcasing our projects within this vicinity to key stakeholders from around the globe. We want to take this opportunity to not only celebrate what is truly one of the greatest legacies of our time, but also share projects that Stan was so passionate about. At Stan Lee’s POW! Entertainment, we are very proud to be able to share such insight into his creative and unique life, as we promise to continue to propel his iconic legacy.”
