The PBS Kids series Wild Kratts expands its consumer products program with new products and partners ahead of Licensing Expo.

“Our great and growing list of Wild Kratts licensing partners are producing products that inspire children to explore the world around them and learn about the fascinating creatures in their own backyard and beyond,” said Chris Kratt, creator, producer and co-star of the show, and co-founder of Kratt Brothers Company. “We’re so excited to be working with these companies to help encourage the love of animals and nature in our fans.”

New to the list of licensees is C-Life Group, which is readying a line of toddler and children’s apparel for mid-tier and off-price retailers across North America this season.

Master publishing partner Random House Children’s Books will add to its book collection this year and next. This summer, the publisher will release Lion Pride! and in spring 2020, Wild Dogs and Canines! Also on the way in summer 2020 will be Wild Kratts: Big Book of Facts, featuring 200-plus animals and accompanying “WOW Facts.” More than one million Wild Kratts books have been sold to date and the upcoming releases will add to that already impressive figure.

PBS Distribution will debut the one-hour Halloween special “Creepy Creatures,” the newest DVD on August 13. In addition, Pressman will launch a second edition of the signature Wild Kratts: Race Around the World Game with new designs, creature power suits, WOW Facts, and more this fall. Topix Media Lab will also continue to release new issues of its Wild Kratts magazines every three to four months.

Beyond the broadening licensing program, Kratt Brothers Company will unveil a new easy-to-navigate website later this year. The site will serve as a helpful hub for families of fans and feature a directory of where to find licensed merchandise at retail, complete with direct purchase links, as well as a gift guide tab, a FAQ section, and activities for kids and parents to do together.

Wild Kratts, produced by Kratt Brothers Company and 9 Story Media Group, airs daily on PBS stations as well as on the new PBS KIDS 24/7 channel and live stream. Each half-hour episode features the animated versions of the Kratt Brothers and their friends on expeditions with wild animals from around the world. Complete with animal-inspired gadgets and awesome Creature Power Suits, the series follows Martin, Chris, Aviva and the gang as they get to know all of the animals on the planet and figure out their coolest creature powers.

The series airs in 189 countries and is available in 44 languages.

Kratt Brothers Company will showcase the newest product lineup at Licensing Expo 2019 in the PBS Kids booth, #D226.
