Sloomoo Institute Teams Up with Spin Master to Bring Kinetic Sand to Its Experiential Destinations

Sloomoo Institute – an experiential destination that taps into the joy of multi-sensory play through hand-crafted, artisanal slime and #satisfying experiences – is excited to announce it is teaming up with leading global children’s entertainment company Spin Master, makers of Kinetic Sand. This collaboration seeks to enhance Sloomoo Institute’s tactile installations with the addition of the mesmerizing, satisfying, “can’t put it down” nature of Kinetic Sand that provides endless creative possibilities. With installations Sloomoo is calling Kinetic Sand “Doons”, custom-made hexagonal structures at a striking height of six feet tall in bright magenta will be added to their experiential destinations. These Doons feature pie slice-like openings lined with LED lights and mirrors for a kaleidoscopic infinity effect – where you can insert your hands and play with the Kinetic Sand, experiencing it through touch and sight from every angle. As the Doons will live inside Sloomoo’s Cove, a day-glow, blacklight world allowing the sand itself to glow in the dark.

Groundbreaking Initiative Ahlan Simsim Celebrates Key Milestone of One Million Children Reached by Direct Services

Ahlan Simsim, the early childhood development initiative launched in 2018 through a partnership between Sesame Workshop and the International Rescue Committee (IRC), has now reached one million children with direct services across Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria. That achievement complements the 23 million children reached across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region by Ahlan Simsim’s award-winning TV program of the same name, which means “Welcome Sesame” in Arabic. Since being awarded the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation’s historic $100 Million 100&Change grant five years ago this month, Ahlan Simsim remains the largest early childhood development initiative in the history of humanitarian response.

ASPIRE by WildBrain CPLG Accelerates Into E-Mobility Partnership for Sauber Motorsports
